President and Sister Charles--he serves in the district presidency and she serves in the district Primary. We had the pleasure of going to their home for Family Home Evening. What a great spirit we felt there.

Victoria Agbo stopped by on our last day in Freetown. She was one of the last people we got to hug prior to leaving. We will miss her and her husband, Solomon, immensely.
Battu Quee--one of the sweet sisters from Goderich branch. She serves in the Primary. We will truly miss her and the wonderful Saints in Goderich branch.
Andy Smith with Elder Jones. What a fun time we had with Andy!!!! We will truly miss having him come into the mission office. He is a great asset to the district. He has such great musical talent and gives of his time so willingly.
The last super P-Day (August 16th)--the day before we left. They played some football (soccer) and then watched a movie as well as having some foo foo.
The zone leaders had asked if we could do a dessert for them for Super-P day. It was a little challenging trying to get it done with trying to get ready to leave. But it was such a pleasure to do something for them to let them know how much they meant to us and what a great part of our mission they were. We will always cherish our relationship with the young elders of the mission. What an example to us in so many ways.
I ended up making some cinnamon rolls for them--thanks to Sister Patterson helping me make them and to Sister Roggia for letting me use her oven.

One of the young men from Freetown Branch. We got to work closely with him and others of the branch for "A Mighty Change of Heart" production. The actual production was performed about 10 days after we left. Working with the youth and youth on this production will always be a great memory of our mission

Mustapha Koroma and Markus Wallace. Markus--we will miss working with you. You were such a great help. We could not have accomplished what we did without you.
Sister Jones with Ramatu Turay. We wish we had pictures of Joseph Morgan and Adama Turay (as well as their parents). What a great family. We grew to love all of them. They will always be in our hearts.

Augusta, who works at Eco Water Taxi, was such a great friend and help to Elder Jones. She really saved us many times in making sure that we got people coming and going from the airport. We appreciated her help so much. She even came to Church our last Sunday out of respect and friendship with Elder Jones. She had people watching out for us as we got to the airport in Lungi.
Elder Bird and us just before we boarded Ecowater Taxi. Elder Bird was our traveling companion home. It was such a pleasure to be able to share this part of our mission with him.
Saying goodbye to President and Sister Roggia, and Sister and Elder Patterson. (The Neves were out and about when it came time to go to Eco Water.) We will truly miss you all!!! We were blessed by our association with you and are grateful for your friendship.
Arriving at Lungi--the first leg of our long trip home, which now seems like a dream.
We are so thankful for our mission, for what we learned about ourselves, and what we learned from the examples of others. Our lives are different because of YOU!!!!! As we serve, we are the ones who are truly blessed. We will always have a warm and tender place in our heart for Sierra Leone and our wonderful friends there.
